Introduction

The following communication and subscription terms apply to digital subscriptions purchased on Onlime.dk (“Onlime”). When you purchase a subscription, you simultaneously accept our user terms and privacy policy, which we assume you have read prior to creating a subscription.

By creating a subscription with Onlime, you also agree that this is a recurring subscription agreement with automatic renewal, and that payment will be charged automatically to your selected payment method at the start of each subscription period, unless the subscription is cancelled.

Creation and renewal

Subscriptions are created on Onlime.dk. A subscription unlocks additional benefits in the cloud service, such as more cloud storage, higher speed, and the ability to manage multiple users.

The subscription runs for either 1 month or 12 months at a time and is paid in advance. The period is chosen by the customer at the time of creation and purchase.

At renewal, a new period equal to the previous one is created, and payment is charged automatically to the customer’s selected payment method. The customer is notified in advance of the renewal, which happens automatically unless the subscription is cancelled.

Onlime reserves the right to change the applicable price list and terms. Changes are communicated by e-mail or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect, and apply to all new subscriptions as well as renewals of existing ones.

Payment and payment methods

All online payments are processed securely by Billwerk+. Payment is made via the customer’s selected payment method, which can be changed at any time via My Onlime (mit.onlime.dk).

To maintain the subscription and ensure access to the cloud service, a valid and transaction-ready payment method must always be linked to the subscription.

If payment cannot be processed automatically at renewal, a communication flow is initiated to remind the customer of the payment requirement. This happens via e-mail, SMS, phone and in-app messages in the Onlime app.

Right of withdrawal

Private customers have a 14-day full right of withdrawal on the purchase and renewal of a subscription. The right of withdrawal can be invoked by contacting kundeservice@onlime.dk.

Handling of payment information

When a customer creates a subscription or updates a payment method on My Onlime (mit.onlime.dk), the payment information is stored securely by Billwerk+. This information is used for automatic payment at future renewals.

Onlime does not store any payment information. For other information about data protection, please refer to our privacy policy.

Subscription changes

A subscription can be changed at the customer’s request, for example from “Personal” to “Home”, which may result in changed benefits such as more or less cloud storage and the ability to manage more or fewer users. Changes can be made by the customer via My Onlime (mit.onlime.dk).

Before the change takes effect, the customer is presented with a summary of the change, including the effective date and price.

- For a price increase: The change takes effect immediately, and the customer is refunded for the unused period of the current subscription.

- For a price decrease: The change takes effect at the next Renewal Date.

Refunds are made to the customer’s active payment method or to a stated bank account.

Cancellation of the subscription agreement

The customer may cancel the subscription at any time via My Onlime (mit.onlime.dk) or by contacting kundeservice@onlime.dk. Cancellation must be made no later than 24 hours before the Renewal Date to avoid renewal of the next subscription period.

Cancellation or failed payments mean that the subscription is not renewed. Access to the service runs until the end of the paid subscription period. Stored files are deleted 30 days after expiry and other user data no later than 90 days after, cf. sections 13.2 and 14.5 of the general user terms and the privacy policy.

Free account & trial period

Onlime offers a free account with limited cloud storage (5 GB). A free account does not include a trial period and does not automatically transition to a paid subscription unless the customer chooses to create a subscription.
