1. BACKGROUND
1.1. Onlime.dk (the "Website") is owned and operated by Onlime, which provides cloud-based storage services (the "Service") that allow you to store, back up, synchronize and share files over the Internet.
1.2. Onlime provides the Service to both consumers and businesses (collectively, the "Customer"). Any Customer who is not a consumer under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Act shall be considered a trader in any contract with Onlime.
1.3. Onlime is the data controller of the personal data that the Customer enters and provides when using the Website and/or the Service.
1.4. This Privacy Policy informs about how Onlime collects, stores and processes personal data, as well as about the Customer's rights in this regard.

2. AGREEMENT
2.1. By creating a user account and/or purchasing the Service, the Customer agrees that Onlime collects, stores and processes personal data.
2.2. The Customer may invite third parties to use the Service provided by Onlime to the Customer. The invitation is sent via the Website, where the Customer enters the third party's name and e-mail address, after which Onlime sends an e-mail with a link to the Service to the third party. In this context, the Customer is responsible for ensuring that the third party has accepted to receive Onlime's e-mail with the link.
2.3 The Customer may refer the third party to try and/or purchase the Service. The referral is sent via the referral function of the Website, where the Customer enters the third party's name and e-mail address, after which Onlime sends an e-mail with a link to the Service to the third party. In this context, the Customer is responsible for ensuring that the third party has accepted to receive Onlime's e-mail with the link.

3. WHAT PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED, PROCESSED AND STORED
3.1. Onlime collects, processes and stores the personal data provided by the Customer in connection with the order, purchase and use of the Service and/or in connection with the invitation of third parties, as set out in point 2.2.
3.2. Onlime
(i) Name and residential address,
collects, processes and/or stores the following types of personal data:
(ii) Email address, telephone number,
(iii) The information of the payer,
(iv) IP address and cookies from the Website, referring to the Cookie Policy of the Website,
(v) The personal data uploaded by the Customer in the Service, including documents and images containing personal data.

4. THE PURPOSES OF OUR PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
4.1. The purposes of our collection, storage and processing of your personal data are the following:
(i) Provision of the Service ordered by the Customer,
(ii) Provision of customer service to the Customer in relation to the Services purchased and/or requested by the Customer,
(iii) After-sales service and follow-up on the Service previously purchased by the Customer,
(iv) Sending of service notifications, as referred to in Article 4.1. section 5,
(v) Sending invoices and collecting them, if applicable,
(vi) Sending newsletters and marketing material, provided the Customer has agreed to this,
(vii) Compiling general statistics, market research, product development, sales analysis, marketing and promotional purposes. The statistics and surveys etc. are for internal use. If statistics or surveys are shared with third parties, the data contained therein will be anonymised and not attributable to individual persons,
(viii) Administration and operation of the Onlime page on Facebook, where Onlime and Facebook have shared data responsibility.

5. SERVICE NOTICES AND NOTIFICATIONS
5.1 Onlime will send service notices to the Customer via email when relevant to the provision of the Service.

6. WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION
6.1 Only Onlime employees have access to the Customer's personal information and only to the extent necessary for the provision of the Service.
6.2 In some cases, Onlime will share the Customer's information with third parties when necessary for the operation of Onlime's business and/or Website, or when necessary for the provision of the Service to the Customer.
6.3 Onlime assumes responsibility for ensuring that the third party processes the information securely, confidentially and in accordance with the law.
6.4 If Onlime is required by public authorities or courts to transfer or share personal data, Onlime is obliged to do so.

7. SECURITY AND PRIVACY
7.1. Personal data will be kept secure, confidential and in accordance with the law.
7.2. Onlime has established and maintains adequate and necessary technical measures to protect personal data.
7.3. If Onlime is subject to a security breach where it is deemed that there is a high risk that personal data may be misused, Onlime will notify the Customer of the security breach as soon as possible. Onlime will also inform the Customer of what Onlime has done to reduce the risk of misuse of the personal data and how the Customer can protect its personal data itself.

8. STORAGE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
8.1 Personal data is stored by Onlime for as long as necessary to fulfil the specific purpose of processing the collected personal data, as set out in section 4.
8.2 For certain personal data, the law requires Onlime to store personal data for a longer period of time. For example, the Accounting Act requires Onlime to retain certain personal data for 5 years after the Customer's last purchase.

9. YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDY
9.1. The Customer has the right at any time to obtain information about the personal data Onlime has collected, stores and processes about the Customer and to receive a copy thereof.
9.2. The Customer may at any time request that incorrect information be corrected and the Customer has the right to have additional information added if the information is incomplete.
9.3. The Customer may at any time object to or restrict the processing of his/her personal data.
9.4. The Customer has the right at any time to have the personal data that Onlime holds about the Customer deleted, with the exception of the data that the law requires Onlime to retain within the statutory period.
9.5. The Customer can read about his/her rights on the website of the Danish Data Protection Authority at www.datatil- synet.dk.
9.6. Any person may complain about Onlime's processing of his/her personal data to the Danish Data Protection Authority.
